Who we are
I am a fashion designer, the owner of this site and several channels in social networks (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Also there are people who help me in the development of my project (the site administrator, the manager, the lawyer, and many others). Website address: http://dresspoppyup.com.
What data we collect and store
When you visit my site, we store the following information about you.
- The products you viewed: we save this information to show you the products that you have recently been interested in.
- Location, IP address, and browser type: we use this information to calculate taxes and shipping costs.
- Delivery address: we ask you to specify the address in order to estimate the cost of the delivery before placing your order and sending you the ordered goods.
We also use cookies to track what you add to your shopping cart while you are on our site.
If you want to make a purchase with us, you will be required to provide information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, bank card details or payment details, as well as additional information about your account, such as your username and password. We use this information for the following purposes:
- sending you information about your invoice and order;
- response to your requests, including refund requests and claims;
- payment processing and anti-fraud;
- creating your account in our store;
- compliance with law requirements (for example, tax calculation);
- improvement of the assortment of our store;
- sending you advertising messages (if you agree to receive them).
If you create an account, we will save your name, your address, your email address, and your phone number to automatically fill out the form when placing orders in the future.
We usually store information about you for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collect and use it. The exception is when we are required to continue to store this information due to law requirements. So, the information about the order is stored with us for 3 years, according to the rules of taxation and accounting. This information includes your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address.
We will also save your comments and the feedback you left.
Comments
If a user leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data specified in the comment form, as well as the user’s IP address and browser user-agent data, in order to detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash») can be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Once a comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible publicly in the context of your comment.
Media Files
If you are a registered user and you upload photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. We have disabled the feature for downloading images from the site, but for security reasons, try to limit the use of images with metadata.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can enable the storage of your name, email address and website in cookies. This is done for your convenience of not having to fill in the data again when you re-comment. These cookies are stored for one year.
If you have an account on the site and you log in, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser supports cookies, the cookie does not contain any personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in to your account, we also set several cookies with your login details and screen settings. Login cookies are stored for two days, and screen settings cookies are stored for one year. If you select the “Remember Me” option, the login data will be saved for two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
When you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in the browser, it does not contain any personal data and contains only the ID of the entry you edited, which expires after 1 day.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data is transferred to PayPal. This includes information required to process or complete the payment, such as the total purchase price and payment details.

Which members of my team have access to your data
My team members have access to the information you provide to us. So, both the administrator and the manager have access to the following data:
- The information about the order: the name of the purchased product, the time of purchase and the delivery address
- Customer information, which includes your name, email address, payment details, and delivery-related information.
Our team needs access to this information in order to fulfill orders, return funds, and provide you with support services.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be shown in the reset email.
How long we store your data
If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is done in order to identify and approve subsequent comments automatically, instead of putting them in the queue for approval.
For users who register on our site, we store the personal information that they provide in their profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except for the user name). The website administration can also see and change this information.
What rights you have to your data
If you have an account on the site or if you have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal data that we store, including the data provided by you. You can also request the deletion of this data, this does not include the data that we are required to store for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
